A regular blackberry bush is one of the most vicious things nature has to offer -- it's all sharp thorns, and rigid, whiplike stalks, and tangly brambles.
Now imagine if one came to life. Actually, you don't have to imagine it, because it just happened, right before your eyes.
Hit Message(s):
It tangles you in its tangly brambles. You didn't gamble on brambles, did you? Ouch! Ugh! Argh! Oof!
It whips you in the skull with a thorny tendril. Eek! Oof! Oof! Ouch!
It smacks you upside the arse with a thorny stalk, simultaneously whipping and scratching you. Ooh! Ooh! Eek! Ooh!
It hurls blackberries at you. You get some juice in your eye, which stings like a stinging thing. Argh! Ow! Ooh! Ow! Eek! Eek!
It wraps a thorny tendril around your neck, and you learn some new math: strangulation + puncture wounds = intense pain. Oof! Ooh! Eek! Ouch!
It hurls a few blackberries at you, but you duck. Then you spend a few seconds wondering if blackberries would taste good with duck.
It starts to attack, but pauses to check its email.
It tries to tangle you in its brambles, but you ramble away.
It tries to slap you with some briars, but you easily avoid them, having been born in a briar patch.
It hurls several blackberries at you. You catch them in your mouth, and find that they're juicy and sweet. What a pleasant attempt at an attack! (FUMBLE!)
