This is a form that can be used to order a custom avatar for your character -- a picture that will replace your normal picture in your character pane and the page other people see when they view your profile. (In-game plural: custom avatar forms) |

Notes
- Could be bought from Mr. Store during the first week of each real-life month. Also could only be used during the first week.
- When unpurchasable, a message would appear in Mr. Store saying "custom avatar forms are currently unavailable. They will become available again on [midnight, Pacific time on the first of next month]", where the date and time were localized to your timezone.
- It will likely take Jick several weeks to make the custom avatar; please be patient.
- When you send request, ask specifically what you want from the Custom Avatar. Do not give options, give exactly what you should want to get.
- When waiting for a custom avatar, on your profile page, you will have the notification You have 1 pending custom avatar request.
- There is no notification when your Custom Avatar is implemented. It will just show up.
- It was possible to obtain more than one custom avatar.
- Your custom avatar is displayed next to any of your messages in the clan message board.
- Custom avatars may be used as shopkeepers in the Mall of Loathing.
History
- The form was silently removed from Mr. Store on January 1, 2020. A member of the dev team confirmed in hardcore chat that the forms had been retired later that day.
