the image for this is thesame as "Snifter of Thuroughly Aged Brandy"..... As for it's effects, I'd guess it increases adventures from drinking while under it, or increases your drunkenness cap?

Just tested drinking while under this, no difference. Got full range of normal results. (Didnt test dusty bottles of wine, fwiw, will try a few tomorrow while Im still under this). Maybe increases booze drop? --Eugene 09:07, 4 September 2007 (CDT)
