Talk:Maximizing Your MP Regeneration

The shapeless wide-brimmed hat (obtained from the Hobopolis Marketplace for 200 Hobo Nickels) has a greater MP regeneration that the plexiglass pith helmet... 15-20 compared to 10-12. Where does this fit in?

Also another somewhat less useful, is the spaghetti-box banjo (offhand) as it is only viable for pastamancers, but regenerates 5-10 MP per adventure.

Unsure as to whether this hobopolis marketplace stuff is to be included... have made a comment on the Dressing for Success talk page.--DarkHyth 07:07, 31 July 2008 (CDT)

  • Yes, it is under discussion on the DfS talk page, since the vast majority of the hobopolis stuff is not accessible to the current player classifications for the maximizing pages. --Flargen 16:22, 31 July 2008 (CDT)
    • Scratch's outfit may be a better choice than some of the currently offered ones. -Tannenzaepfle 00:13, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Why aren't Whirling Maple Leaf familiar/weight/familiar buffs on this page?--Antoids 16:16, 31 July 2008 (CDT)

  • Because that's not MP regeneration; I know that term is somewhat poorly defined on the wiki, but I'm nonetheless quite confident in that statement. If you look at the middle of the mechanics table at the bottom of the page and click the MP Regen entry you'll see what I mean. And that's not even the most effective familiar for getting MP, either. --Flargen 16:22, 31 July 2008 (CDT)

- The new items from The Sea, such as the Nurse's Hat and velcro ore items haven't yet been included.

From the page: "Feelin' Philosophical (+8 to 10) is excluded because it is sourced from an adventure." Well, so's Extra Terrestrial, and it's from an adventure too. What's the deal? --Johnny Treehugger 14:50, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

Not sure why, but the LWA Ring is not included in the list. (Possibly because of how it is obtained, but should probably be included in the comments at the bottom of the page.) Moff Rimmer 15:32, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

- Please add the hardened slime belt to the list of MP regen items ... AvangionQ / Jun 24th, 2009

Should we add the Feed-skill from the plastic vampire fangs to the list? --Yatsufusa 23:22, 19 October 2011 (CEST)

I believe the Hidden Temple revamp lets you keep getting Blessing of Squirtlcthulli when the quest is complete. If so, it should be added to the normal list of effects. --Dkohler (talk) 02:37, 30 August 2013 (UTC)
