Worth noting, I was unable to get an 8th clue (poor planning on my part) so I ended up just guessing for one of the choices. 100% sure I never saw the 8th clue but still completed the scroll; in theory you could probably just guess them all to get it right, although obviously it'd take forever. --Sessorach (talk) 15:31, 19 April 2013 (UTC)

• I figured it out with only the clues from the healscroll and the kill scroll. Even if you have 0 clues and the WORST possible combination, it would take you only 17 attempts maximum to brute-force it (maybe quicker). As long as you have somewhere else to adventure to burn off Deep-Tainted Mind it would take 196 adventures total to unlock it, and only 16 of those advs would have been 'wasted'. --Doz (talk) 12:26, 26 April 2013 (UTC)

Can someone confirm/deny whether or not you can even get this if you've already beaten the Colosseum? I completed the Colosseum part of Deepcity then spent over 200 adventures in the library without getting a card catalog or dreadscroll adventure. Was just curious. Are the choices always the same? The answers I expect to vary. Here's what I had:
