Some initial spading on the range of battlefield kills: http://kolspading.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=483&p=5046#p5046. After 30 data points, observed range of 36-46, average of 41. How confident is the contributor who lowered the lower end of the range to 32? Also, the fluffer did not cause me to start killing multiple enemies per fight with 0 sidequests complete. How confident is the contributor who added the note that the fluffer increased future kills from fights? --Ungavva (talk) 17:37, 21 November 2016 (UTC)

does this kill an equal number of soldiers on each side when used, or does it roll each separately? ie can this be used for getting the wossname faster? --Megamaw (talk) 06:09, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

Considering we have zero input on the 'each fluffer adds +1' idea, I'm going to delete it. Doesn't match my data. --Asawyer (talk) 16:24, 24 December 2016 (UTC)

chaining casuals is fun. it does NOT kill identical numbers on each side. used 24 fluffers, got to image 30 on both sides of the war. manually ran 1 turn at a time as each faction until it flipped to image31 for wossname goodness. took 11 frats to get there on the warhippy side, and 23 hippies to get there as the frat warrior. 25 fluffers was an instant "end the war just as it starts" in 4 different runs. both images went to image32 after using the 25th. --Techrat (talk) 17:54, 2 January 2017 (UTC)

Getting slightly different numbers on the range with a larger number of trials (126 trials 16 - 78 distribution looks to be weighted in middle with an average of ~45)--Bphillab (talk) 21:40, 11 August 2023 (UTC)

  • Slight update: I looked at start and end points for # of x left. I noticed that the end points are very consistent so this may be non-stochastic or gated in some way. --Bphillab (talk) 18:26, 3 September 2023 (UTC)
