Talk:The Lighthouse
The "Bumpty-bumpty-bum" and the zealousness over the explosives makes me really think this has references to Trashcan Man from Stephen King's "The Stand". --Brightbutt The Defenestrator 16:25, 26 June 2007 (CDT)
Also, he says something to the effect of "My life, uh, bombs for you! My bombs for you!" This is definitely referencing Trashcan Man from "The Stand". --Evanzedd 09:53, 27 June 2007 (CDT)
I didn't do this side quest, and i'm not wearing either sides Fatigues, yet he offers to make bombs in exchange for gunpowder still. So maybe you don't have to clear the quest to go to him after the war? --Leonyth 03:55, 8 July 2007 (CDT)
56 frat boys (and sorority girls) defeated, lighthouse unlocked. May not be the minimum number, but definitely the maximum of the minimum (if that makes sense). Should be the same way for the organic produce and hippies defeated. --RegalStar 01:04, 5 November 2007 (CST)
The lobster men are references to lobstrosities in the second of the dark tower series by Steven King, and the zerg rush is an obvious reference to a strategy by using the zerg race in Starcraft. Risen Jihad 15:55, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
