Bug? Not a bug?

I can see this being one of two things, either a bug Jick hasn't squished yet, or a reward for doing something stupid. After all, you use the Blackbird for all of about 30 seconds, right? So who would waste the time to get his equipment except for spades with nothing better to do?--InvalidUser 03:14, 11 August 2007 (CDT)

• Hey, look! It's a buncha spades with nothing better to do! Seriously, though, if you look at it, it's +5 to *any* familiar, which means you get the blackbird, and farm a few of these, and can apply to any familiar you want to. Which means it's *useful*. --Terry2 05:33, 11 August 2007 (CDT)

I just tried to equip the bust on my green pixie, and it didn't work. I also got the message "Only a specific familiar type ( Reassembled Blackbird ) can equip this item." So I think that information is out of date, or was never correct. --Mongoose Dog 21:56, 13 August 2007 (CDT)

I just successfully fed one of these to my Comma Chameleon. I'm not on the level 11 quest yet, and I wouldn't try using the map with it anyway, because there's no way I'd risk losing a Mr. Store familiar for a quest.
