Duel
I chose the "Challenge him to a magical duel" choice and I lost the duel (sorry I don't have the in game text.) I lost 4 HP and gained 6 magicalness. This is with a lvl 14 DB--Kjacobso 06:40, 29 November 2006 (CST)

As a level 2 pastamancer with 7 myst, I won the duel. I'd have thought that a level 14 DB would have substantially more than that, so maybe it depends on class? --Starwed 01:32, 15 June 2007 (CDT)
- Won a second time with 11(11) mysticality at level 3. Someone had added a note to The Haunted Pantry page, claiming that you needed Myst/Level > 11 to win the duel. That seems to just be wrong. --Starwed 01:44, 15 June 2007 (CDT)

Wait and see what happens
I just got three items from "Wait and see what happens" So the "1 or 2" listed on the bottom of the article about how many you can get is not correct. I am, however, using an ice pick, duck-on-a-string, hypnodisk, and three Jekyllin hide belts, so this might not be you typical result but it is possible. I got the 3 items when I was a Level 23 Sauceror --OHogan 08:22, 29 November 2006 (EST)

- I too, got three items. I don't think that it has anything to do with equipment or +item drops, or class, or anything. I'm guessing it's just RNG. But I was a Level 14 Pastamancer just in case. --TheDotGamer 18:48, 30 November 2006 (CST)

Title

HP loss from duel?
Just lost 3 hit points from the duel, not two as the page states. I notice that Kjaobso also mentions losing more than two, so this isn't an isolated phenomenon. He(?) was a Disco Bandit and I'm an Accordion Thief, so maybe moxie classes have it worse?--753398445a (talk) 06:01, 30 November 2019 (UTC)
