The article fails to mention the Bird Rib drop. Does it only occur on the Dr. Awkward / Holy MacGuffin quest? Does it drop even if you have not met Mr. Alarm?

The new image reminds me of one of the comic strip snakes. I can't remember which one quite though. Anyone else? I think it might count as a reference, maybe?Teffania
