The Highland Lord's Tower
The Highland Lord's Tower is located in The Highlands. It is the home of Black Angus, who sends the player on the second stage of the Orc Chasm Quest and grants a reward upon its completion.
On first visit:
Hey...'sup, bro? Like, I'm the guy who owns all of these peaks, but I don't know, man, it's just, like, a major hassle, you know? I mean, some of my tenants are ghosts, and some are all, like, freaky murderous twins, and then there are those oil guys, and what's that all about, man? It totally harshes my mellow, you know?
What were we talking about? Oh, yeah, the peaks. I'm trying to, like, order a pizza, 'cause a pizza would be totally sweet right now, but my jerkwad fascist tenants totally won't let me light the signal fires. I mean, half of them haven't even paid rent this month. It's, like, a bummer, man. Anyway, if you can help, I'd appreciate it, bro.
When the signals are not yet lit:
I, like, still need you to light those signal fires, man. I hope my tenants aren't giving you too much trouble. I would evict them, but, y'know, I have all these episodes of old cartoons I need to watch.
After lighting all the fires:
Aw, sweet, dude! You totally lit all the signal fires. You didn't happen to collect any rent from my tenants while you were out there, did you?
Nah, no worries, man. It's enough that you lit the fires so I can get my pizza. I was getting, like, desperate, you know? I already ate all of my Cheat-Os and, like, five bowls of cereal.
Hey, you've got a back, right? I mean, like, most people do. As thanks for helping me out, you can have this. I'm usually too busy staring at my hands to put stuff on my back, anyway.
Oh, you know who else likes pizza? The Baron in Rof'Lm'Fao. Used to be a nice place, but it got overrun by the harshest group of buzzkills I've ever seen, man. They've got, like, a whole different alphabet, you know? Anyway, help him out and I'm sure he'll reward you.

Oh, right. You lit all the fires. Much appreciated, man. Like, if you ever need to rent a place, y'know, if you're in the market for a peak to rent, and you can pass the credit check, you're totally welcome to move in.
Actually Ed the Undying
On first visit:
"Oh, man! Bro! Man, I am so glad to see you… wait… ummm… you aren't the pizza dude, are you?" "What?" you say. "No. Do I look like a pizza dude? I don't think I even know what that is."
"Aw man, this is like the worst thing. This is a stone bummer, man."
"What's the problem?"
"I'm trying to order a pizza, because I am totally starving -- like, this is a two-pizza crave I've got going here, man! And I finally got the signal towers lit, or, well, like a dude came by and lit them for me, so like, I thought I finally had this mess handled, right? But wouldn't you know it, man, the fires went back out again and I still don't have my pizza. This is seriously harshing my mellow, man. Oh god, marshmallows, I could totally go for some marshmallows! You got any marshmallows, dude?"
"No."
"Bummer." He looks sadly out the window at the dark signal towers, then gets distracted by the way the light of the room reflects on the glass.
"Listen," you say, tapping his shoulder to get his attention again, "this 'dude' that helped you, you don't remember his name, do you?"
"Oh, yeah, sure man! It was uh… you know, it was sort of… it was like a real name sort of name, you know? Like it really had the essence of nameishness behind it? It's right on the tip of my tongue… started with a G, I think… or M…"
"Was it '<playername>'?"
"Oh! Yeah, dude! That was totally it! Great guy, real helpful. I shoulda just asked him to get me a pizza instead of lighting the signal fires, now that I think about it, because that is kind of a roundabout way of doing things I guess, right?"
"Do you know which way he went when he left?" you ask.
The Highland Lord thinks for a moment, which turns into a minute. His eyes glaze over a little. Eventually, he refocuses on you. "Oh! Hey! Bro, do you think you could do me a favor?"
"You want me to light the signal towers, don't you?" you sigh.
"Woooo! Got it in one, bro! Thanks a bunch!"
When the signals are not yet lit:
"Hey, dude," the Highland Lord says, "do I know you? Wait, it'll come to me… Did we meet at that party?" "You asked me to light your signal fires for you," you sigh.
"Oh! Riiiight! How's it going? With that?"
"I'm working on it."
"Cool, cool. Let me know when you've finished with that, because man, I am fiending for a pizza. Or, no, wait… General Tso's! Duuuuude!"
You show yourself out as he wrestles with the conundrum.
After lighting all the fires:
As you enter the room, the Highland Lord is waving a sheet of paper and shouting out the window at someone below. "Double pepperoni! And a cheesesteak! No dude, like a sandwich! No, not on the pizza, I mean… actually, that might be cool… Listen, hang on a minute, dude, I'll just come downstairs." He turns and sees you, and greets you enthusiastically.
"Oh, hey! Dude! You totes did it, bro! Hi-five!" He holds a hand up, palm facing you -- you mimic the gesture, puzzledly, and he smacks his hand into yours.
"Right on! Listen, I've gotta take this list down to the guy, but lemme give you this robe thing as thanks. If you see that dude you were talking about before, tell him hi for me, right?"

- Lighting all the fires will unlock The Valley of Rof L'm Fao and begin A Quest, LOL even if you are an Avatar of Ed, in which case Black Angus will not have told you of either.
