This is one of the imps of Hey Deze. He's not particularly tough. In fact, he's not even particularly effectual.
Hit Message(s):
He limp-wristedly slaps you in the <ankle>. Argh! Argh! (hot damage)
He kicks one of his scrawny legs at your <forehead> and sort of connects. Eek! Ouch! Ouch! (hot damage)
He pokes you with his pointy horns. Or maybe those are ears, we're not sure. Ooh! Argh! (hot damage)
He batters you feebly with his leathery wings. Argh! Eek! Eek! (hot damage)
He decides he's tired of being a W Imp, and takes a few muscle-building supplements. He pounds you with his newly-enlarged arms, a 98-pound weakling no more. Ooh! Argh!
He tries to limp-wristedly slap you, but you firm-wristedly block him.
He kicks one of his scrawny legs at your <calf>, but misses and lands on his evil little butt.
He tries to poke you with his pointy little horns, but can't hit hard enough to do any damage.
He batters you feebly with his leathery wings. So feebly in fact, that you can barely feel it.
He decides he's tired of being a W Imp, and downs some steroids. He suddenly becomes large and green, and starts to attack. But just as suddenly, he returns to normal, and hides behind a rock, embarrassed. (FUMBLE!)

References
- The critical hit message refers to Charles Atlas, and his muscle-building ads, the most famous one involving a "97-pound weakling" getting sand kicked in his face, building up his muscles, and coming back for revenge.
- "A weakling / Weighing 98 pounds" is also a lyric from the The Rocky Horror Show.
- The fumble hit message refers to The Hulk, and his large-green-ness. Also his semi-inability to control when he turns back into Bruce Banner.
- W imp spells wimp, meaning someone weak.
- Another term used to describe someone weak is wuss, which explains the wussiness potion drop.
