i think i must be doing it wrong. it's day 5. my unadjusted HP is 138. wearing the eyepatch, my HP is 26. i'm being hit for ~67 HP five times. stings somewhat. any hints? thanks. --Evilkolbot (talk) 14:09, 2 September 2019 (UTC)

  1. dr is only taken off the first damage source (is this a bug?)

  • If you're on day 5, the cap is 500 per damage source, so you can buff your Myst / Spell damage and one-shot it with Weapon of the Pastalord or Saucegeyser + meteorb. The strategy on the page was more for speedrunners who are hoping to kill it on day 2 or whatever.
  • As the damage is elemental, you should buff elemental resistance. A lot.
  • Marinara offers a passive heal, which takes the edge off a bit. It might not be so useful.

unless i'm mistaken, damage is 50% of unbuffed HP, and the eyepatch is irrelevant. i happened to have high hot resistance, so point 1 is just wrong, btw. --Evilkolbot (talk) 19:29, 2 September 2019 (UTC)

I've done this run three times. Using corrupted marrow to limit muscle and then using Ambidextrous 
Funkslinging to throw a scented massage oil and a gas can together beats it in two rounds.

Hot Protection: Very Low (1); Cold Protection: Low (2); Spooky Protection: Low (2); Stench Protection: Low (2)

You lose 135 hit points. (hot damage); You lose 120 hit points. (cold damage); You lose 120 hit points. (spooky damage); You lose 120 hit points. (stench damage); You lose 150 hit points. (sleaze damage);

Monster Manuel entry

For one reason or another there is no Monster Manuel entry for this boss fight on the wiki, either it somehow doesn't have one or It's been completely overlooked. A bit of Clarity on that would be nice.--Tombot (talk) 17:12, 24 November 2021 (UTC)
