I propose that this template, and those like it, use <b> tags instead of wiki syntax -- this is so multiline comments will be in bold.

- Shouldn't be a problem. Usually, it's wiki syntax that breaks things. Like multi-line comments breaking wiki-bolding. HTML syntax is what we use when wiki syntax is too broken or too inadequate.
