I played KoL in January 2004. Got bored with the lack of ascension, and dropped it.
In late 2005, I returned to a game much better than I had left.
I got the Gourdcore and Boss Boss trophies while an Oxygenarian Disco Bandit, with no permanant skills.
The only proof I have that I played before late 2005 is this forum post, and that I still have access to the forum account. http://forums.kingdomofloathing.com/viewtopic.php?t=3185
